now the real chaos can ensue; as most know the BCS Title game traditionaly ends up taking place between two conf champions... however we do have an interesting scenario this year. As USC, Texas and Oklahoma all have bragging rights as to who can play for the #2 spot in the bowls. As the scenarios i laid out can tell you it will be very interesting to look at the standings saturday night after the last game. A couple other teams to stare at on this list are Florida who all they have left is Florida State. If they lose to Florida State And BEAT Alabama, they will be SEC Champs and have a berth in a BCS bowl while Alabama will be either Snubbed or put into a BCS Title or Bowl game. If Alabama loses to Auburn AND Florida... well the Crimson Tide Faithfull will be up in arms. Ball State & Boise are on the outside looking in... Even if Ball State goes 13-0 with a win over Buffalo, they cannot baring a mirical in the Computer polls... get into the top 12 of the polls and be looked at for an at large bid. Utah has clinched an At Large bid in the BCS Bowls as the ACC Champ will not be ranked higher than them. Boise is really in a tough spot and might be forced to play another low bowl again this year, though much clammoring about the "REAL BCS title game" being played between Ball State and Boise if the cards fall right in either the Humanitarian Bowl or the Motor City Bowl, though they still have an outside shot at both teams being in the Orange Bowl when all is said and done. Penn State's last second loss to Iowa has probably set them in a clinched spot in the Rose Bowl against a team to be chosen by the BCS committee. Missouri can also cause a LOT of problems with a win against who ever they face in the Big XII title game.

Anyone else's thoughts?

I'm a little dissapointed with the way things turned out. I was hoping to see Mich State play USC in the Rose Bowl. After 17 years I can finally say State killed Mich though.
