Healer says "Return to its printed damage"

Distractable says "After your opponent plays an ability that reduces the dmg of your attack"

Distractable does not say a damage penatly or referance the amount reduced.

Can distractable stop healer on your buffed attack?

If your attack is at 10 damage, and Healer would drop it to 4, that would be reducing your attack. Which Distractible could then negate.
