Hey, this week I sent two questions to FFG Customer Support but have received no answers back. About how long does it take to get a reply? I thought I remembered sending a message to Customer Support a while back and getting an answer within a day.
It's kind of important because one of my questions involved getting a replacement for a game card that was already damaged in the box when I opened it, and I don't think I can play the game (or use that card at least) until I get a replacement. It's a bit frustrating.
