Can you have multiple terrain cards in play?

While a terrain is in play, can another be played? If yes, will the old one remain or be destroyed/discarded by the new one?

Can you stack multiple copies of the same terrain card in your stagin area?

2.14.2.9 Terrain
Terrain: Only one Terrain card may be in either player’s staging area at any one time. If a Terrain is added to either player’s staging area, all other Terrain cards in all staging areas are destroyed.

You can't have more then one even if it's the same card.

Thought as much, but wanted to be sure before I try my new combo to see if I could make it easier or not.
