Ok, so i may not have won, but i did come from 5th at the second to last game to 2nd in one match. I also won the game after losing all but one ship.

So here it is, i call it Aries Squadron:

X-wing: Wedge, Flechette torps, Outmanuever, R2-D2

A-wing: Green Squadie, Cluster Missiles, Deadeye

Z-95: Lt. Blount, Ion Pulse Missiles, Decoy

Z-95: Bandit Squadie, Ion Pulse Missiles, Munitions Failsafe

Wedge and the bandit together on one end of the board, Blount and the green at the other end. Wedge and Co. is the fighter killing group, Blount and Co. is the big ship hunter-killer team. Blount Ion's them(since he never misses) and the A-wing dumps it's clusters into it, and if it goes right then they can finish it off with guns on the next turn by easily anticipating it's movement, which is 1 forward. Wedge and Co, alternatively, can literally carry the game if need be, which Wedge did. Lost all but him and he took out 2 Tie Fighters, 2 Royal Tie Interceptors, and a Firespray. Seriously.

Alternate loadouts i'm thinking of include replacing the bandit and the A-wing with a rebel aces B-wing i bought with the cash prize, to boost the big ship killing potential with its heavier guns and hull.
