I hosted an X-Wing home tournament.

Looks like it went about expected: player 3 didn't win a game, right? Poor guy, but it's too be expected if you're just starting out. How did player 5 do with the Autoblaster/turret list? I raised an eyebrow when I saw it, and it appears that my reaction was not unwarranted since he didn't win either. Was it pretty easy staying out of range of those weapons?

Player 3 seemed to have a blast and when he realized he only had time left for 1 game he wanted to finish out the tournament. He got to win with me when I taught him with a 2 vs 2 game of just TIE Fighters and X-Wings.

Player 5 always likes to build his own squads to be really aggressive. He loves running Ten Numb with Autoblaster, so the Autoblaster Turrets were right up his alley. I personally think he'd have done better leaving them as turrets and not taking the BTL-A4 Title. I didn't end up playing against him in any of the games but it seemed like he just went too aggressive on the wrong targets, especially against Player 1. I do recall him killing off Player 1's Roark Garnet with a Proximity Mine, that was pretty funny actually. He's not nearly as experienced as Player 1 or myself but he had fun and really, that's what counts.
