I have seen this for pre-order on Amazon. 45€... ain't going to happen for me. Waiting it goes back to 30-35. Anyway... June 2015

The icon has changed from "At the Printers" to "Shipping Now," so at least we're getting closer to having this book in our hands.

I went up to my local LGS and ordered from there wont be getting till either Wednesday, or friday cam't wait!
