Box Inserts - Full Wave 1

By Gothsonika, in Star Wars: Imperial Assault

Same here,

I'm very interested in buying the Gothsonika insert box but I was wondering how long would it take to get the products. I'm from Paris as well.

And what exactly would I need to assemble the IA insert box (DIY version) ? Does it require glue or something ?

I've rebuilt this in 1/8" HDF. Took longer than I would have imagined to convert the design and prep it for a laser... might have taken longer than creating the original design!

The thinner, sturdier walls allow more interior space to be used. Weiss can be stored fully assembled, and the command cards are stored vertical instead of stacked. There's also much more room for mission and deployment cards, so cards from future expansions can be stored with it.

This is much easier to reproduce than the foamcore version, so I will be offering these for sale for those interested. More pics and ordering information can be found on my website at http://www.gothsonika.com .

I have Imperial Assault and Wave 1. That is to say all of the figures that replaces the tokens. I was looking at your IMPERIAL ASSAULT: BOX ORGANIZER. I'm in Florida U.S.A., where do you ship from? Also it is better to get the pre-built?

I like the idea of having two fully assemble AT-STs

I had picked up the Go7 inserts for everything. They are very nice. The core and hot boxes are set to hold figures and the twin shadows holds the tiles. I think the only challenge I have had was that I have sleeves on the cards and the card holders get a little tight. I have been very happy with the inserts.

I do like Gothsonkia player/imperial holders. I have a more generic printout that I had laminated and that has served well but theirs looks really nice.

Are you interested in ordering together to reduce shipping fees?

Go7Gaming. They make the wooden inserts for all three boxes.

The Go7 seems to require two boxes where gothsonika only needs one.

Does anyone know where gothsonika ships from?

I wish I saw this thread before I pulled the trigger on the go7gaming insert. This one appears much more organized and easier to access needed items.

Love the Gothsonika inserts. He ships out of Texas.

Well I ordered the Gothsonika. I like the idea that everything through Wave 1 fits into a single box.

I'll post when I get it.

I ordered a couple of days ago. Can't wait to see how it works when it gets here.

The came in today. Tight fit in the box but everything fits and then some. I could never have built this.

Very nice.

I have a question for anybody who owns the Gothsonika inlays. On some of the pictures it looks like they stick out a little bit so that the box won't close completely after putting them in.

Is this true? Maybe someboday can even post a picture?

Would be awesome. Thanks.

I ordered all the organizers from core set to Bespin Gambit before Christmas, and now that they are assembled I have to say they are all superb quality and very well thought.
I can't recommend it enough if you adhere to the philosophy of storing everything related to a given expansion (mainly miniatures + map tiles) into its respective box.

The complete core set organizer exceeds the box height by maybe 4 or 5 centimeters.

The twin shadow organizer exceeds the box height by something like 1 centimeter

The Hoth and Bespin organizers do not exceed the box height.
