The point of the list, if it's not obvious, is simply to block your opponent as much as possible.

Oh I just assumed it worked that way.
I had built a dual IG feedback list to deal with phantoms. While I was play-testing it against whisper/miniswarm whisper got the nerfbat so now I think it'll be a cakewalk now.
I think your list might have some trouble with heavy B lists.
It's not intended to be competitive, but you make a fair point. It'll be better against lists with fewer ships.
Otherwise you could go 3 WSFs with APL and Intelligence Agent. Got that 360 arc to give you shots as well.
Right, but then you don't get to use Scopes to guarantee the block, or the guaranteed damage from Feedback Array (plus the ability to heal yourself with IG-88A). It's just a novel way of combining some of the less ubiquitous, older upgrades with the newer, more interesting ones.
