I was thinking about a ship/title/upgrade that would allow you to fire ordinance outside of your firing arc. Would maybe make ordinance just effective enough for competitive play.

I think that Nera can already do this, and you don't see her a ton as is.

Just make a Colonel Jendon / ST-321 analogue that is cheaper and usable among all factions.

Then make a BTL-A4 type of card for other ordnance carrier ship types that allows both a primary weapon attack and use of an expendable munition in the same combat round.
