still getting 403 errors for the Tournament Rules

I've been getting the same error since last night.

I was just in the middle of sending FFG an email to let them know, when the links suddenly all worked

There is still a discrepancy with the FAQ in the "Products" section.

Although the date on the web page shows 26/03/15, the FAQ itself is still the old one - so be aware that there are 2 different FAQs available to download from the site - make sure you get the right one

I can get the FAQ link to work by removing the "s" from "https". I can't get the tourney link to work at all.

This is the error I keep getting:
