I was waiting to see if the FAQ would answer this, but if it did, I missed it. If you have both of these upgrades and your first attack misses, can you use gunner to give you an attack, and then instead of attacking activate feedback array?

no, you have to skip the whole attack, steps 1-7 to use it.

Good question - I suspect it's going to hinge on the wording of FA:

"....Instead of performing ANY attacks...."

(emphasis mine)

It doesn't work.

If you use Feedback array first, then you did not perform an attack, so you didn't miss with an attack and therefore can't activate gunner.

If you attack and miss and choose to use gunner, it clearly tells you to perform a primary weapon attack (which is why it doesn't work well with outrider title).
