So, I had used some 40k decals to make some Imperial ID tags. I have been meaning to make some Scum and Villainy ones. So, I printed off some icons via MS Word:

Used a glue stick and and some paint to make these:

I've been wanting to do something similar. I think printing your full design (including the numbers) from MS Word onto Avery label sheets would work great. Print enough image to cover the tile entirely, lay the tile on the back of the label, then trim around it with a knife.
