My gaming group and I have been wanting to make our own ship and upgrade cards to match our characters in Edge of the Empire, but I haven't found a good upgrade card creator yet. I would really like to know how to make my own custom card without the use of photoshop.

Google for Strange Eons, there is a X-Wing plugin available that lets you create pilot cards for all three factions and any type of upgrade card.
