I picked up the Han Solo pack today and the aiming scope on the gun is off to the side and crooked. It looks weird but I'm wondering if its supposed to be this way or is my model defective? I would have thought the scope should be on top of the gun.

That's how it is molded. Why? I can't say. I could see it being offset a bit the other way, but the way it is it would be hard to see through with the blaster in your right hand. I seem to recall the actual movie prop offset that way as well, though.

Of course, one could also question the effectiveness of a scope on a pistol anyway, but ...

His scope should be off centre.

Crooked might be just limitations of the material.

The actual movie prop of Han's blaster pistol has the scope offset so it's intentionally molded that way.
