As before; I will not be posting my name or company's name. I just received word that Wave 1, all 5 ship packs and both fighter packs (no mention of the dice and maneuver tool) will be arriving in late April/ early May. This is still a little tentative due to recent issues on the U.S. West coast ports, but this does coincide with the 4-6 week lead time when things show as 'on the boat' under the Upcoming tab. Keep you posted.

EDIT#1- Just received word that the Dice and Maneuver Tool will be coming in with everything else. This will complete the whole of Wave 1. When I hear anything about Wave 2 I will post. I will create a new post once I hear officially when Wave 1 is set to ship.

This gentleman was just about spot on with the core shipping this week and he had called that about 3 weeks ago, IIRC.

This probably has more to do with events that were out of FFG's hands, rather than a premeditated attempt to make us wait a month to buy more stuff. Given the frantic nature of recent posting, I'm sure they were thinking that releasing the Core Set today was better than another whole month of griping that Armada was never going to arrive.

At one point, one of the official news posts said that both the core set and wave 1 were suppose to be released at the same time... I'm sure that is what they intended but with this huge delay with the port they likely just decided to get the core set in people's hands rather than have to wait for everything to come out at the same time.

This is the Walmart shipping date for the Armada pre-order. They say Ship 4/28, recieve by 5/5.

I just emailed them about it and they are sticking to that date. However, they honestly might not know any better. A few other times I've emailed them about other issues and they've given me answers to different questions. Most of the emails are automated I think. The site is really half **** most of the time.

I'm a manager at a Walmart store and have had to deal with issues from the site quite a bit. I might try calling the associate hotline tomorrow and see if I can get a better answer. I'm pretty much obligated to buy the core sets from them... not only was it discounted already, but I get another 10% for working for them, and if I ship to my store my store gets a portion of the sale which leads to a bigger bonus down the line for me
