Can you use Change of Plans and Strength in Numbers together to activate the same group twice in a row?

I dont see why you couldnt use them together. Act your first group then play change of plans then Strength numbers. After thinking about timing maybe it wont work........

You can play Change of plans and Strength in numbers together, but you will not be able to activate the original group again. Strength in Numbers requires you to choose a different group other than the one just activated.

So if group A just resolved their activation, and group B and C were ready, you could play them both, use change of plans first, exhaust B to ready A. Then strength in numbers second to ready B and continuing the turn with group B. This effectively readies all group A,B, and C again, but you cannot activate group A again because of the wording on strength of numbers.

*But make sure that you have initiative when you play both of them. Since they happen at the same timing window, the player with initiative determines the order which they go off.
