Full disclosure: I did not paint this, but the idea was too good to not have it done somehow. Tom Schadle of Tom Schadle Miniatures ( http://tomschadleminiatures.blogspot.com/ )and Mayacast did the work on it, and totally nailed it!

I suppose that's quite true, but c'mon it's freaking awesome! The muppets in Star Wars (well, Yoda is kind of a muppet already 
)! To be fair, I've seen better painting in terms of technical and artistic skill but I don't care, it's so damned cool. Just the idea is deserving of an award. Something that makes it even better is that the paintjob still matches when the wings are folded up. Brilliant!
