Two concepts: SuperMega Action Force vs. Stuffed Lobster

Last night's curiosity was to assemble a 100-pt Rebel squad that granted the most actions per round via mutually supporting abilities. If played right, every Rebel ship can have a focused target lock attack every time.

(On the other side of my scrimmage, I wanted to fatten up a Captain Oicunn build for the purposes of practicing Dauntless ramming mechanics. He was joined by a naked Captain Yorr and a BSP+Wingman to ensure stress relief. Let me tell you, these two lists resulted in some almighty traffic jams!)

The Rebel squad started with Lando's YT-1300, and grew from there:

PS6: Kyle Katarn (21) passes out focus tokens

PS7: Lando Calrissian (44) grants a free action to a mate during activation

The first obvious limitation with this list is that for all the action passing, you're still only dealing with focus and target locks as your action options, albeit with Jan allowing one focus-to-evade possibility per activation round. In my scrimmage, I never activated Nien Nunb, so the MF Title (cost 1) could be an acceptable trade to add another Evade action option to the mix.

I did not consider Jake Farrell for this list, since he does not pass actions to squadmates (and I suspect Squad Leader would be a waste on him), even though he can routinely have multiple actions for himself. I also did not experiment with using Dutch Vander or Garven Dreis yet, though they are possibilities in my mind for refining this concept. And I have not mathed out the possibilities of squeezing a 4-ship list into 100 points.

The bottom line is I want any two ships to be able to still support each other with granted action opportunities even after all other squadmates are down.

Any suggestions for amping up the action possibilities? Refining the mix? What possibilities am I missing?
