I have 2 versions here just can't figure out which is better.

Ten Numb + VI + FCS + Mangler 38 points

Han Solo + Pred + 3P0 + Gunner + MF + EU 62 points

or

Ten Numb + VI + Adv Sensors + Mangler 39 points

Han Solo + Pred + 3P0 + R2 + MF + EU 61 points

I really like Gunner on Han, but just feel that Adv Sensors on Ten is worth droping it and making Han tanky.

I like the look of this list. I have been looking for something to run alongside a mangler Ten.

I like your second list better, i've found that predator han can usually do without gunner.

I think the Ten with Advanced Sensors will be better at hunting Soontir than with FCS. Being able to barrel-roll before your move gives you more options for reacting to Soontir and makes it harder to get blocked. A high PS B-Wing getting blocked in a two ship list is pretty much the last thing that you need.

It is a shame rebels don't get a huge break with AT like Imps did, otherwise I'd be running Ten everywhere.
