Imagine if you could you are able to swap pilot abilities onto a different ship.

There is no restriction so you could give for example Lukes free 'mini focus' to Han (but lose hans re-rolls).

You can also cross faction so you could for example give Vader's 'double action' to a scum ship.

But those are poor examples.

what can you imagine being the most interesting or lethal 'ability to ship' pairing if you could swap stuff about?

Here are some more poor examples:

Arvel with Oicunn's ability although he takes a critical when he hits.

Horton and Dutch pilot with Black Squadron ability (ie: EPT slot).

Tycho's on something that's not an A-wing, Salm's on just about anything that's not Salm, most offensive abilities on the Phantom, Chewbacca on Han, Scum Boba's on a maneuverable ship...

But most of all, Lieutenant Blount on a BTL-A4 Y-wing.

I'd love to fly Kath in a Rebel list.

That means natural rolls only and 4/5 Green to break through & guaranteed -1 hit everytime

If Horton had an EPT i'd field him in every list i ever ran.

Dark Curse on any of the PTL guys: A-wings, Interceptors, E-wing, Phantom for that matter. Hell Dark Curse on everybody for maximum annoyance.

A scum HWK with Jonus. (oh god all the cannon shots.)
N'dru Suhlak on a Phantom (moar dice pls)

always wondered about night beast in an interceptor... i guess since he has no EPT he is just a PtL interceptor who cant boost and barrel roll but doesnt get stress from doing 2 actions. he would have to turtle all the time.

If I could, I'd just swap Han Solo and (Imperial) Boba Fett's abilities.

Boba Fett is the badass bounty hunter with the built-in gunnery skills, who never seems to miss and is this inexorable foe that just relentlessly shoots and shoots and shoots (he's so good he doesn't need a gunner as a crew member, he's just a dangerous, dangerous, man).

Han Solo is the seat-of-his-pants flyboy, who makes the Falcon sing and is so unpredictable even his own dial doesn't know which way he's gonna turn (and all the while, regardless of which way he banks, he's still hammering you with those turrets).
