I honestly can't wait for Armada to come out later this week, i'm not sure exactly when my FLGS will be getting it in, but i'm hoping either Thurs or Fri - if it's Wed though, that will be even more awesome as I can unbox it at my local gaming group and get a few of them interested too!

I'm hoping Thurs so can play it at my local club, but will more likely be Friday - if so I'm hoping to sneak in a game that evening as I'm busy all weekend. Having it and not being able to play will be worse than the waiting I think.

My FLGS told me they will call as soon as it comes in so I can have it in my dirty little paws soon.

Of course I am not sure when I will get a game in, but I will be able to run around like my son with the models going "pew pew, kaa-boom! Whoosh, eeerrrr...."

And before you all judge me be honest, you're going to be doing it too.

I would NEVER do such a thing, and my cat knows who feeds him, so he won't squeal on me.

(Have I told you that I have a 15"-long 1980s-era ISD model? There's no need for pew-pew sounds out of my mouth, when I have an app that can do those for me, while also playing the Imperial March.)

Speaking of plans, FFG seems to be figuring out what they want the status page to actually be used for. Anyone notice that the "expected by" dates have been removed from everything on that page? They got my hopes up that they were going to be more accountable when those started getting specific a few weeks ago.

I'm told for my local store they will have in Friday in Canada.

I noticed that as well... going super vague is really lame. But more accountability on the upcoming page really doesn't benefit them if the past year has been any indication.

If only it were Wave 1 week as well. I wonder how far into April (Lord don't let it be longer than April) we will have to wait. I'm being patient though and will have all of my stuff shipped at once. This is mostly due to wanting to surprise my kids with a big box o' Star Wars!

That would be quite the negative interpretation.. I don't think it will as long as the wait for IA wave 1.

I predict by the end of April for Wave 1 in stores. The dock situation on the west coast delayed the core set so the time between releases will appear to be shorter than normal.

My local in Sydney is saying it is available on Thursday. I get paid Wednesday... Not sure if I have the money for it this week... ****...

I prepaid for a copy from local Good Gamesi n Rockingham. They also told me Thursday... will... believe it when I see it.

I contacted my store here in Finland to ask if I could still add second core set and also asked when they are expecting the games to land?

So, 2nd core set added and they are expecting games to arrive on thursday of friday!!

I will get mine next week then, propably tuesday! Yi-pi-ka-yee!!
