Judge Dredd: If any other player ever forgets something or otherwise violates even the smallest of tournament-standard rules, immediately declare "I AM the Law." Your ship doubles its attack value for the remainder of the game. Multiple rules violations can stack.
Ivanhoe: When attacking or being attacked by a ship that you have in your front arc and that has you in its front arc, you may reroll any of your dice.
Littlefinger: Do not set Littlefinger's dial until the end of the planning phase. Before setting his dial, you may look at as many enemy dials as you wish. If Littlefinger is your last remaining ship, he defects to the enemy's team and you lose the game.
Alex Rogan: When you attack, you may choose to attack every ship at Range 1-2. If you do so, assign yourself a Stress token after the last attack resolves. If you destroy any ships using this ability, you may assign yourself a Focus token.
I'm sure there's something to be said for tilting at windmills, but I'll let somebody else do the honors.
Juliet: declare an enemy ship to be labelled 'Romeo'. You may perform k-turns without receiving stress, however when Romeo is destoryed you are destroyed too.
Optimus Prime: ACTION, You may change your ship into any other ship of the same faction.
Optimus Prime
At the start of the combat phase, you may choose another friendly ship at Range 1-3 or one enemy ship at Range 1-2. Increase the friendly ship's defense value by 2, or decrease the enemy's primary attack value by one until the end if the round.
Edited by Engine25Gandalf: If another ship's maneuver would overlap you, they must treat the maneuver as if they ended overlapping.
Yamamoto Isoroku: Each friendly ship has +1 Attack and Agility dice until the end of Turn 6. After that, you can guarantee nothing.
Manfred von Richthofen: Your last Hull point can only be destroyed by Canadians (or possibly Australians).
Arleigh "34 Knot" Burke: All friendly Large-Base ships treat their 3- and 4-speed maneuvers as white (if normally red), or green (if normally white).
Captain James T. Kirk -- Kobayashi Maru: If your ship is about to be destroyed, rewrite the section of the rules regarding destroyed ships so that your ship is not destroyed.
Mr. Spock -- Fascinating: Raise one eyebrow to remove one stress token from your ship.
Scotty -- Miracle Worker: Action: Remove all damage, restore all shields, gain a focus and evade token, add one die to your attack and defense rolls, and add all maneuvers to your dial.
Dr. McCoy -- Dammit Jim, I'm a Doctor Not a Fighter Pilot: Skip your combat phase to remove all damage from your ship.
Mr. Sulu -- Oh My: Action: Your ship becomes fabulous.
Werner Voss - roll 1 extra attack die and two extra defense dice for every opponent within range 1 (no limit on maximum number of additional dice).
Voss was always my schoolgirl crush, though I had a thing for MvR too. He had a special place on my bedroom wall.
Edited by NightshrikeMonica Seles: Receive a stress token if "Backstabber" comes within Range 3.
Oohh .. too soon?
Arthur Dent: Skip your Activation Phase if it is Thursday. You never could get the hang of Thursdays.
Ford Prefect (crew): If a ship carrying Ford Prefect collides with another ship, Ford Prefect moves to that ship.
Zaphod Beeblebrox: At the start of each round, roll a green die. On a blank result, Zaphod's PS is 2 for the round. Otherwise it is 6. He thinks it's a 12.
Marvin: Concede the game because really, what's the point?
Batman: You may perform the cloak action even when stressed.
You can put him on any ship with the "Batwing" modification, which gives it the cloak action. However, it means he can't use the ACD, well, unless he's in a Royal Guard Interceptor I suppose. Haven't really thought this out.
Top Gun's Maverick: When you overlap any other ship, give that ship a stress token.
Sometimes though, it costs you a crew.
Starbuk: If you're destroyed by an obstacle you may return this ship to the battlefield at the end of the turn. Maybe. Or put a ghost down? An angel? It's unclear.

I don't like this post, I LOVE this post.
Predator - you may do a green a green maneuver and remove one damage card. You can't attack this round and the player has to scream really loud and spook the other players.
Simon's cat - After you destroy an enemy ship, you may recover 1 hull point.
Marty McFly:- At the end of the round you may elect to perform a 5 straight maneuver to return all ships to the position and condition they held at the start of the round.
Withnail: I've only had a few ales! When selecting a manoeuvre from your dial, flip your dial upside down and choose a random manoeuvre.
I (Marwood): Designate one enemy ship as "Uncle Monty". When defending from Uncle Monty add 1 evade result to your dice result.
