Anyone catch anything saying the Blast of the Flak weapons in Stay on Target works any different then normal?

I know Blast of vehicles can effect Short range (Personal scale, not planetary) but Flak weapons seems like they'd have some additional effect either with Blast or with one of the barrage actions...
