Cut and glued the top gun.

Aside from that it was done with paint pens and a top coat of matt spray-on clear coat. In some cases I dabbed the paint pen onto a scrap piece of plastic and used a micro-brush to get into small areas and to dry brush the "dirt".

I'm happy with the result.

The top gun looks so much better there, I am going to steal that, thanks!
