hi guys

Just thought id post this... Monsters and items and other parts of Tailsman of which were taken from Gams workshops other games such as the dark elves card from the othe editions of tailsman were changed to night elves or somthing along that line as FF dont have the licence for things of that nature.

I have never played timescape but fom what i have seen of it it is heavly based on 40k. A lil to much the just change a few words if you ask me.

Id like to see FF create somthing new any way. A place that hasnt featured in the other editions but keeps in the spirit of ye olde of tailsman.

P.S: In my view Timescape would spoil the medevil ere that tailsman has going.

Yeah, no offense to people who like Timescape, but I hope to never see a 4.5 version of timescape or anything similar. It always felt out of place and it kills the feel of the game imo.

If they would release it, then i am not gonna buy it.

Instead of Tmescape, they can better create something else that is worth to wait for

I hope I never will see City expansion in 4.5. Timescape is great. If You nevere played it before, You should try once or two times. Timescape mechanics is great, more, You don't need to learn "how to love it" but You just love it. Like always, I want Timescape back !

"Timescape" would be okay if it was themed as a "spirit world" or similar. I just don't think that advanced tech belongs in Talisman.

Now if FFG wanted to release a total retheme of the base game in a Sci Fi, Anime or Cyberpunk style, then that would be another thing...

I wouldn't mind it if a Timescape board became available. I might not necessarily buy it, but the more content the better.

I agree with TI. If it was themed better I would be ok with it. Make it a spirit world or a magical portal realm or something. I'd still much rather see 3 more corner realm boards, misc different alternate ending type things like the dragon's tower, and many more small card expansions before something like this though.

I'm still thinking that Timescape should be a game of it's own.It might use the Talisman mechanic with a board as large as the Talisman's one.More planets or worlds to explore.14 characters to start with.Now all you have to find is a goal for that game and there you have it. "By the creators of Talisman,here comes Timescape the boardgame of adventures and space quests". Sounds cool isn't it?

Anyway...it's not really a problem for me if FFG would publish Timescape for those fans...

But it would be a shame if i must wait longer for a expansion that i want because they publish Timescape..

So i hope, that we get first all regions, dragon tower and other expansions before they release timescape...

And by keeping the Talisman mechanic,players would be allowed to mix both games content if they want without forcing Timescape haters to accept Timescape as an expansion.
