My LGS didn't write my name on the regional bye card. I want to attend regionals but if I am not able to make it and I knew someone that is going could I give them the card? If I go to another SC and win (not likely the event I won at was small with fairly new players) could I decline the bye and have it awarded to 2nd place? It is very unlikely I will make it to 2 regionals?
Can you transfer the bye?
Passing it to the second place is fine from what I remember.
Giving you card to someone else not sure. Don't know if SC's turn in the names of those who got the cards. Your TO should know.
