The Oz Gameshop was right. The Raider came out last Friday on 27 March. I managed to get the last one tonight at Barnes and Noble. And I couldn't believe it, but it was on Red Dot Clearance! It was 80% off. Incredible.

I'm fairly certain it will eventually be available. Thinkgeek has a tendency to use April Fools as a method of gauging interest. Unicorn meat, tauntaun bag... etc

The store, where I buy my X-Wing stuff, lists the release date of the raider as the 30th of June, 2015. Of course, it is a german store, so in the states it might be somewhat earlier. Here's the link:
