This guy is set I am not changing him (except maybe the Moff)

And the other half of the the list is were I have the question

I have been running KRASSIS:HLC+Recon specialist

And but lately I have been using KATH:mangaler V.I. and tactician

So which is probably better?any suggestions on improving This ships?

I have been leaning toward Kath because ps9 is nice to have in the current meta and what is good against double stress?

Anyway what are your thoughts
