I really like the 3 Adversary Decks currently available.
Has anyone heard any news of additional ones being released?

No word, but then FFG does tend to play things fairly close to the vest.
For what it's worth, while at GamerNationCon, Sam Stewart did remark that "we really need to make some more of those" in regards to the Adversary Desks. And since he's the head honcho, it's at least something that's on his radar. Doesn't mean that he's going to push to have more decks made, but the seed for the idea has been planted. Now it's just a matter of if the seed takes root or not.
In other words, we'll find out when we find out.
Meanwhile, there are some community efforts in this space, where virtually every known adversary from every known book has been put into a single file and formatted for printing onto suitable size cards.
Take a look at Salith’s posts in the thread titled “Compiled Resources List”.
Maybe more in the context of AoR? ...or FaD?

A starship adversary deck would also be pretty awesome.

The downside of those cards is the lack the "fluff" text of the Adversary cards on the back. They also only seem to have 1 background for all of them.
I would still like to have the Official ones.

Yeah, they’re a little thin.
Hooly has done much, much better cards. But he hasn’t published more than a couple of examples so far.

Agreed. That would be really nice. But I’d take Hooly’s cards, if FFG isn’t willing or able to do the job. And failing that, Salith’s cards are still better than nothing.
But then I’m a little spoiled. ![]()

Are the images on those at a high enough resolution to get real cards printed?
Has anyone done this and gotten it to work?
A little explanation for the non technical graphics people like me would be appreciated.
Regards...
Its my next project (although I got distracted by Capital Ships). "I got a little sidetracked! Its not my fault!"
I'm also working on something else - 2 x Star Wars RPG Campaign I'm now running. There's only so many hours in a day fellas ![]()

The important part about Salith’s cards is that the text is resolution-independent. So, you should be able to take them and print them out on whatever device you like, and they should be good to go. But they are minimalist cards with regards to the text, and the graphics is very simple.
Hooly’s cards are high-resolution and should come up quite clean when printed on devices of sufficient quality. I think the biggest issue he has is trying to cover the gamut of entry-level laser printers all the way through professional level offset printers, and doing something that would work well enough for that wide array of capabilities — what looks good on low resolution devices might not look good when printed on higher-quality machines, and vice-versa.
