OMFG! Well, we know Kayn Somos is a trooper commander now. 10 cost, 12 health, 4 speed, black defense die, blue/blue/green attack.
I'm surpised Boba Fett is only 13 points. 12 health, it looks like 5 or 6 speed, black defense, blue/green/yellow attack.
R2-D2 at 3 points, way cool. He'll probably be a good utility piece for Rebel skirmish squads. Can't make out any details about C-3PO anywhere. Heavy stormtroopers, Tusken raiders. This is going to be awesome.
And I love Biv Bodhrik's "Close and Personal" ability. Hit them with your gun, then shoot them with it. I can't wait to see what the other new hero is like.
Well Vader is 18 so it makes sense to me.
Looking very closely at the C-3PO card, there is no outline for surge abilities, nor are there any attack dice. This fits well with the theme and it will be interesting to see what he can do.
Not a single bit of information in these previews left me feeling let down.

I wonder what the Rebel Engineer lady does exactly.
They said she can upgrade her allies. I'm wondering if her deck just has cards you can give to other players that augment their weapons/abilities or what.

Heavy Storm Troopers and Tusken raiders. I'm very very happy with that. Would still like to see Jawas at some point however.

I started playing Edge of the Empire a month or two ago. Imperial Assault is really starting to feel like EotE light in some ways. And I like that.

It was the same for Descent that featured the big bad on the cover of each box but only a token within said box. I'm not too peeved about it. If they collated it all into one bigger box at a higher price I'd probably prefer that, but then others who want to invest less in one time or want a specific figure for skirmish probably prefer the current lay out.
Either way I'm buying in and I want it all now.
It's actually better that there's no Boba Fett in the box expansion, because I suspect many people, myself included, will buy multiples to get extra units of Fat Stormtroopers and Mummy Raiders. But it's a bit bait and switch featuring Fett on the cover. I think the new rebel heroes and stormies would be just as enticing.

Also, one of his passive abilities: "After a hostile figure (____?) exits a space adjacent to you, that figure suffers 1 strain. Limit once per figure per round." Ouch.

I think that green triangle thing is some kind of trip mine. My guess is that she comes with lots of tokens that are like mines/traps in addition to tokens that friendlies can pick up to gain a bonus.

I don't know, the raiders' cost is 5, with a reinforcement cost of 2. Usually, groups with three units have a reinforcement cost that's one third of the total. I wonder if the Tuskens will be a two unit group? I'm also hoping for normal/elite versions of both, which would make 4 and 4, if the troopers are a 2 group. Is that hoping for too much?
I wouldn't be surprised to see 2 groups of each. 1 regular, 1 elite. But you have to buy 4 boxes to get a full set of the regular version for skirmish.
