BoShek

By Crabbok, in X-Wing

Having played the old Decipher CCG for Star Wars, BoShek was one of my favorite pilots from that game. He was force sensitive and probably the best pilot outside of the MAIN characters. He's this guy from Episode 4 BTW:

So I can't find out what typs of ship he flew. It says he was a smuggler. Worked with Han, worked with Xizor, etc. So if they DO make YT-2000, I coudl totally see them making him one of the pilots. I just hope they give him PS of at least 7, or a very nice pilot ability, because he was good.

His ship was called the Infinity , but i cant find anything about what type it was.

It looks like there was an old thread on here that pegged the Infinity as a YT-1250.

*high fives for bringing up my favorite CCG of all time* I loved this guy in the early days of the game before I got really got into collecting. Was in most of my Light Side decks because of his piloting awesomeness (and lack of access to Han).

Yeah, I miss that game too. BoShek was a sort of poor man's Luke because he had the high Ability rating for Force skills.

I actually just read his short story in the "Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina" collection last week. The ship he flew was indeed called Infinity but it was not his. He was delivering it to a smuggling operation on Tatooine to have it's transponder codes altered. It does not say what kind of ship it was, but it must have been fast because it says that BoShek had broken Han's Kessel Run record with her.

I wonder by how many Parsecs? :)

Game is not dead yet. http://www.starwarsccg.org/forums/

Needs a new class of upgrade card for epic sideburns.

He was also in a few comics issues, though I don't remember if it was a Tales or a Legends or an Empire, or what. I shotgunned a ton of comics back in the day, and they all sort of blurred together, sorry.

But he was in 'em, and he was pretty awesome, I remember that much.
