I'm working on a side project and I needed a custom card creator that would do scum. All the card creators I found were years old and only did rebel and imperial. One that did upgrade cards would also be helpful. Have there been any new, or updated, tools floating around?
Custom Card Creator
This would be nice to have!
More ORS stat YT-1300 would be coo for the scum.
More 2 firepower turrets (since YT-2400 is always boasting outriders they don't count)
Edited by MarinealverLook up Strange Eons. It's the best there is.
Strange Eons does appear to be a good tool. If only the X-Wing plugin did Scum.
It does do Scum. I just downloaded it. Works perfectly. Fantastic tool.
Making cards is wicked fun! (Nice way to avoid studying for quals)
Super OP? I don't even know! I really haven't had a chance to fly interceptors yet.

Ah, you are quite right. Thank you. I grabbed an old copy by mistake.
No worries. I think I'm going to spend the rest of the night making unbalanced cards!
Glad you guys like it! I've had a lot of fun with it myself.
I wish more people knew about it!
Now if only we'd get that oft-rumoured Huge Ships update...

I think it's fine. Not getting your action would actually prevent me from using this much, if at all. On a separate note, are "quals" a european thing or are you in the military?

Not at all. That's a good interceptor ability, as you've still got the action penalty.
Dependent on how it does with PTL I'd totally try Stay on Target on it though if it's got an EPT slot though, so you might want to either axe the EPT slot or dial down the pilot skill.
Actually, I think the synergy with stay on target makes perfect sense with the character. Good times. May have to play this card in a friendly sometime.

Quals is short for qualifications examination. You have to take it to move on to your dissertation research in a PhD program. I'm a PhD student in the US.

Nevertheless even though you can still perform red maneuvers you can't take actions while stressed. Therefore PTL would not trigger.
You'd need upgrades like 'Stay on Target' in your post that doesn't require an action.

Most impressive.

So do you think the card as sits is priced properly?

I used to operate reactor plants in the navy. "Quals" were the qualifications you studied to receive in order to operate solo. I hadn't heard the term since then.

I might actually price it at 24 or 25 considering the PS 6 Royal Guard at 22.
Edited by eristotleCool, I'll adjust it to 24 then. This might be a fun pilot to fly with.

Me? Without actions and the ability to turtle up interceptors die too quickly. They need Evade and Focus every turn.
Fair enough, though nothing saying you HAVE to make multiple red maneuvers every turn.
True but then the abilities goes unused and it's nothing more than a generic interceptor.

This is why I think 24 pts is more appropriate; the pilot's ability seems pretty situational.
