So it looks to me like Wave 2 might have some new defense tokens incoming, and maybe there are actually tokens for offense.

Some offensive tokens would be interesting. The Mon Cal and ISD look like they have a target symbol on one token--maybe a good old Admiral Ackbar "concentrate fire"?

Alternatively, it could still be a defense token. If so, what do you think it might be? Jammers/targeting disruption?

The ISD also looks to have a second new token, though it is hard to say from the pictures.

I noticed that to, but I am completely cluless on what they might be though...

It had occured to me that the one that looks like a returning arrow could easily be a "Return Fire" token, effectively giving the ship a Counter-like ability for that attack.

I also wonder if the fifth token on the ISD is upgrade-related, since there are only four slots available for defense tokens on the actual ship cards.

A card could let you gain a token, or change one token to another, etc., which could explain the fifth even without a slot for it. Alternatively, different variants of the ISD could actually have different tokens available.
