Joe Boss, the X-wing forums are a serious place for discussion on our serious X-wing plastic toys we cant have you enjoying yourself here with all your DAT'S and KABOOM'S and CAPSLOCK'S. You make us look uncultured and not refined.

Someone did a writeup here about the number of ships released and time of year and wave- I think it also correlated product numbers (play tile set! huge ships!) with time in development and release. It might be interesting to update that with the info from wave Scum and apply it to the Imp Raider and potential new waves. I'd like to see new stuff at GenCon and I expect a tie-in with the new movies (to go with the collectible fast-food cups and Underoos and Pepsi cans and pogs [pogs?!] and everything else that comes with a new Star Wars trilogy).

It is VERY possible that the ships at Gencon are wave 8 AND are connected to Episode VII AND aren't for sale.

Episode VII stuff starts hitting the shelves in fall...the first "Prequel" book hits early September. Wave 8 is is all but confirmed to be Episode VII stuff (And wave 3 or 4 of IA and Armada).

I expect a newly rebranded Starter too.
