First if you brig a Cylon can they realy on their next turn revial themselves and go to the cylon fleet?

Second can someone use the executive order to bust a player out of the brig?

1 - The Cylon players can use their action at any time to reveal themselves and go to the Resurrection Ship. However, if they reveal while in the Brig, the special ability listed on the You Are a Cylon card does not apply.

2 - An executive order can be given to someone in the Brig. That person can then attempt twice to pass a skill check to leave the Brig.

Revealing is an action, so they can do it on their turn, but yes, an unrevealed Cylon can reveal any time they have the action to do so.
