I ran a similar list the other night, but did blasters on the y's and no title. I didn't have the OT and had Deadman Switch on the z's. Ran them in first and had the y's run with Mux behind. Lost both z's, but they died in range 1 as intended.
I ran a y with ion, agromech, and title, and he was tough for enemy fighters to shake. I gave him an engine upgrade too, to adjust arc.
my advice: don't title the auto-blasters
they're stupid powerful, but range 1 is enough of a restriction as is. With title, you might as well declare you're never firing them some 80% of all games.
You might try auto-blasters with an engine upgrade.
I was thinking nearly the exact same list. Try looking for my thread? I left a lot of ideas.
I play tested it last night (against AI) and it ran ok. I decided to drop the titles, switch out Agromech for Unhinged. Thats on List 1. On my second adaption, I did the same changes, except I also traded Torkhil for Palob. I haven't ran the second list yet, but I will tomorrow with a friend of mine.
The first list chewed through a Deci (keep in mind against AI) by the 4th turn. I lost one Z (I love deadmans switch, it took a Tie with it). I believe a couple more tweaks and this will be a pretty hot list. Thanks for the advice on dropping the title, it makes a big difference with the Y's dial being so sluggish (hence the addition of unhinged).
