Boba, Guri, n'Dru

I was wondering what everyone thought about this list. I am having a hard time nailing down a solid Scum list since I left behind dual IG. I see a lot of Fat Hans, Decimator/Echo p, and B wings.

-k4 security droid

Guri

- predator

- autothrusters

n'Dru

- Lone wolf.

Boba glides down the middle while n'Dru and Guri take the flanks.

Boba & n'Dru's proximity bonuses conflict. In theory, it sounds great, as you can bring Boba to close range and keep n'Dru far away. But if they take it to n'Dru's face (which they should), you're forced to either bring Boba and negate n'Dru or negate Boba's range 1 bonus and let n'Dru die. Neither is a good choice.

I forgot to post a suggestion: Replace n'Dru with a mangler Cartel Spacer. It'll cost you 1 point more, but it's just as deadly and it doesn't lose combat effectiveness when in close proximity to friendly ships.

Those interceptors scare me because they don't seem survivable. I'll try both next time I play. Thanks.

For boba, your upvrades seem weak. If it were me, I would use either

Vet instincts + engine up. Or,

Stay on target + outlaw tech.

1st is best if you see a lot of PS9. Second is good vs PS7 or less.

K4 security droid is kind of redundant on Boba. Likely he'll be getting some re-rolls anyway, so a TL isn't all that helpful. He's a beast with Rec. spec and super hard to take down.

boba only gets re-rolls at range 1 and it is quite likely that you may need to re-roll more dice than your ability will let you (Really, how many enemies do you want to be in range1 of?)

also, defensive re-rolls make the ability incredibly relevant with or without k4

Any 3 ship scum list with Ndru in it is a bad list. When flying 3 ships, you don't pick a gimped X wing as the 3rd ship.

When I face Kavil, ndru, and scum firespray lists, ndru is the first to die. Kavil isn't hard to kill either with only one agility die. Firesprays aren't hard to deal with either.

So yeah, all these mishmash no synergy scum lists everyone is trying out aren't very good. Also, ndru's ability is anti-synergistic.
