Replacement parts - How long did your request take?

By LucCros, in X-Wing

I made a request to get some dial rivets, as my Most Wanted pack didn't have any, over 2 weeks ago now, and there has not been any activity regarding my request since receiving the initial email detailing that the request went through.

For those who've requested replacement parts before, I am just wondering what your turnover time was to hear back from FFG after they processed your request and how long it took to receive your replacement parts?

I understand the company is likely very busy, I am just wondering if waiting weeks to hear from them is the norm.

Also I am north of the border, could that be the problem, 'eh?

Thanks!

February 12th, 2015. Sent a report to FFG on including a photo of my about-to-break Millennium Falcon pegs.

March 6th, 2015. FFG emailed me that they were more than happy to help and were shipping out the replacement pegs.

March 16th, 2015. I received my pegs in the mail today.

Thank you Fantasy Flight Games.

I am kind of in the same situation where I am awaiting a response. The first thing you can do at least (if you haven't already) is check the email to see if they have updated any part of it - for instance my request has been approved, but I haven't gotten a response about anything being shipped yet. At the very least, I know that I don't need to start figuring out how to replace this particular ship or anything, I suppose I am just waiting on them to have the units ready to go and such. I sent my request in almost 2 weeks ago by this point (thursday will mark 2 weeks), however in the past they have typically gotten back in touch with me after about a week or so, I figure they are just having an influx or requests with all the misprinted cards and such.

It took two to three weeks and it was in the mail today... Didn't even get what i was needing!

****! Whrite back to them and now will have to wait again.

Still be happy if i get it. Everybody can do mistake...

Fast.

Depends I have had quick response and long. But hey it's free so I'm not complaning

They are the best customer service of any company I have ever seen

I've had instances where they took a week, and some where it took over a month

I forget the exact time, but I think it was about three days until I heard from them and 5-7 until I had a replacement for some missing cards from my expansion.
