Does anyone have any awesome tackle boxes or anything similar that can be used to store and transport minis? I prefer drawers over storage containers. I don't like to have to open each storage case to put together my army. It would have to fit the full line of X-Wing minis with room to spare. Please advise.
X-Wing Storage with drawers?
Plano 737 and 757 is what I own. I had 1 of everything in the 757 up to wave 6(including epic ships). I now use the 737 to fit all of wave 7 and 8. It also carries all dials, dice, movement templates and tokens needed for a game. I think I'll have to use both soon. at about wave 10.
I know the Plano 1374 is pretty popular and that has drawers over storage containers. I don't use one of these but do have a Plano 5321 and I have seen people transport ships in there but I personally use that for long-term storage for dials and chits. Initially I thought it made sense to take EVERYTHING with me when I was playing but I've come to realize that for the most part I just take what I need (and maybe a few extra pieces) so I have a Feldherr bag that I take when I'm playing and have a bunch of the inserts containing different ships stacked up in a closet so I can just take whichever 4 trays I am going to be using.
