This is my battle report for yesterday's store championship where I finished in the top four. I've titled this 'scum experience' to showcase my list but more importantly to also state the experience with the list that ended up winning: Double Aggressors. Ironically enough, the final match was a mirror match double Aggressor (rematch of an earlier Swiss round). Also, I believe there was a total of 4 lists that were double Aggressor and 3 of the 4 made the cut.
Though I did not win and I wasn't the one flying the double Aggressor, I reached my goal of top 8 and surpassed it in fact. I am pleased as this was my only SC I could attend this season.

4 awings green squadron loaded with refit, test pilot, PTL, wingman, stealth
My opponent made what he called a bad couple first maneuvers in the early rounds and I was able to ionize the awings into asteroids for the majority of the game. My dice were extremely hot and his weren't the best. I did fly Kath off the board in the last round, which wasn't too pleasing. None the less, a fairly flawless victory.

My opponent flew very well. This was an extremely close game where I was left standing with two hit points left on my Y-wing and that was the only ship left. Kath scored major hits from the rear arc and proved to be the deciding factor. In the turn before the last, the y-wing ionized Xizor which left him stressed still and at range one auxiliary arc on Kath for the win.

This is what my list was built for. However, I never made his phantom a zero- was never in range. Decimator was decimated in 3 turns. It came down to Kath and Whisper and whisper always had arc on Kath and Kath shot only half the time. In the last round, I would have had the rear shot at range one, but Whisper shot first due to veteran instincts and Kath died before shooting.

In this final match before the cut, it went pretty quick. Took out one of the bounty hunters really quick and the second was frequently ionized. Soontir was no problem and I lost no ships and killed all of my opponents well under time.
