So we all know the regular auto blaster got an errata however auto blaster turret does not. So someone could technically say they can spend evade tokens to cancel results. However that's IF auto blaster turrets are meant to perform similarly to regular auto blaster cannons. Am I wrong here? Do auto blaster turrets work the same as their big brother?
Auto blaster turret errata?
Wasn't an errata afaik, was an FAQ to make Evade tokens count as evade results. So ABT works the same as AB.
I was under the impression it wasn't a ruling on a card but the type of attack.
The errata was not on the autoblaster but rather on how hit results are counted. They didn't just make a change on the autoblaster FAQ they mad a change in the core rule book that effects the autoblasters C-3PO and evade tokens. See FAQ page 8 for Dice Results.
In a way the errata was sort of future proofed so that yes the autoblaster turret follows the same rules as autoblasters, and C-3PO Autothrusters or Evade tokens cannot cancel any hit results.

Ok yes I found it now, it was under c3po and then a note to go to page 8 under dice results. Thanks, just had to look deeper.
does ten Numb also follow this ruling?
Are you guys saying that the Auto Blaster Turret, has the same rules as the Auto Blaster now? Targets cannot use Evade tokens except to cancel crits?

It is under section 3 rules clarifications however since it was a change from the previous FAQ ruling and technically change to the rule book I would consider that more of an errata but it could still be considered an FAQ. Errata is when an error is fixed so like a cross out and pen ink change. FAQs are more of a clarification or explanation into further detail of a rule without changing any of the words of the rules. This change falls some where in between.
does ten Numb also follow this ruling?
Ten Numb states that Critical Hits cannot be canceled by defense dice. So Yes Ten Numb also follows this ruling.
