Just asking for advise. I'm trying to equip the Imperial Kath Scarlet to maximize her pilot ability?
And suggestion?

Stay on Target is certainly a possibility if you are trying to ensure people stay in your rear arc. Predator is also a good one for every situation. I'd also consider movement abilities like daredevil.

These options are better for Scum Kath than for Empire Kath.
Empire Kath turns canceled [KABLAM] results into Stress Tokens. Traditionally, this has lead her to being played with the sub-par Marksmanship, so that she can generate the required [KABLAM] results with greater vigor.
However, the Scum and Villany have given us a superior option: Calculation.
Imperial Kath used to be a no-brainer for Marksmanship + Gunner (obvious synergy with ability is obvious) but she was expensive and fragile
Now? calculation, if anything.
Really, all you need is 1.) Mangler and 2.) tactician/rebel captive to make a convincing stress-bot and/or crit spewing ship. Calculation would be nice for targets caught in her rear arc, though
Remember, Tactician works out of both arcs but the Mangler does not and the potential to double stress out of either arc is more than worth the 1 point, imo

Predator and Mangler Cannon.
Mangler and rebel captive... for a stressmachine
Calculating and rec spec please, and a mangler if I can afford it.
EDIT: only using calculating, there's a 75.6% chance to get at least 1 crit at range 2-3, and an 84.7% chance at range 1.
Edited by pielover101I used to run her with VI. A good buddy of mine just started running her with calculation, rebel captive and mangler cannon. It puts out a surprising amount of stress and holds up very well. I'm going to try to put it on the table at some point as well.
