We all know about Panic Attack rebel list with its many declination, but how about an Imperial control list? Is it possible?

It's definitely not super competitive, but still fun. Plus I get to use my patented stress-saw shuttle, AKA Stress Bessy.

Doesn't really exist, imo. The imperials don't have any B-wing or Y-wing equivalent. The shuttle might seem like a B-wing, but that dial/base/no b-roll make it a completely different animal.
The new mangler cannon on Kath might be a very nice way to go, though. With either Rebel captive or Tactician (works out of both ends) she could probably double stress some poor fool by herself.
Defenders also function very well as soft control. A delta with a flechette or ion make for terrifying jousters because they won't let the opponent joust with them at all, and their white 4k is the perfect combination of distance to let them abuse their control and still get an action, ensuring their next round will hit again.
