find the image you want to include and copy the URL to the image. (Either in the address bar of your browser if the image is the only thing on the page, or simply right click on the image and select Copy Image URL or Source or whatever your browser says.)

Then in your post editor here click on the little square green button sort of under the Smiley face. If you hover it says 'Image.' Paste the URL into the prompt that pops up and click OK.

Voila.

To be fair to the OP, when the link was posted, it did link to painted IA minis. I'm not sure what happened.
