Here's a map I made of where all the 2015 regional tournaments are

By Danthrax, in X-Wing

The list of U.S. regional tournaments, if anyone hasn't seen it yet: https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/x-wing-regional-championships/

Ta-da:

Three tournaments per region, 24 tournaments total.

And here's what last year's regional map looked like:

I think Utah and much of the Gulf Coast kinda got hosed (again). It's nice that the Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Kansas City, Seattle and Portland situations got remedied this year, though.

[edit] And by "made" I mean that I edited FFG's, y'know, whatevs. And by "all" I mean "in the United States."

[edit 2] Here's a list of each tournament in chronological order:

May 2
Bellevue, Neb.
Martinsburg, W.Va.

May 9
St. Petersburg, Fla.
Tulsa, Okla.

May 16
Berlin Township, N.J. (erroneously listed as Trenton on FFG's website)

May 23
Roseville, Minn.
Austin, Texas

May 30
Broomfield, Colo.
Alpharetta, Ga.

June 6
Plainville, Mass. (erroneously listed as Mansfield on FFG's website)
Independence, Mo.
Dayton, Ohio

June 13
Raleigh, N.C.
Fargo, N.D.
Vancouver, Wash.

June 20
Mesa, Ariz.
Tacoma, Wash. (also runs on June 21)

June 27
Boise, Idaho
Greenfield, Wis.

July 11
Sacramento, Calif.

July 18
Monroeville, Pa.
Plano, Texas

July 25
San Diego, Calif.
Niles, Ill.

I think FFG did a much better job this year with the locations. Adding an extra Regional per Region was a good idea.

You missed a few Regionals.

I'll help out a little bit but I'm sure others can point out a few more.

Birmingham, England, United Kingdom.

Please don't forget us.

Is there a map for the EU locations? Maybe we can combine everything into a worldwide map. That'd be pretty cool.

Yes its much, much better.

Not sure if serious...

Why wouldn't (s)he be serious?

Not all the regionals are in the US.

Didn't you hear? FFG cancelled all international regionals...

Bazinga!

sigh

I did in fact forget about you, being a U.S.-centric jackass and all

But to be fair, FFG hasn't announced the regionals outside the U.S. yet.

At least at seems like X-Wing is steadily picking up it's player base.

actually, the UK ones have been announced and sold out for more than a month.

Not that it really maters a whole lot, but FFG has always gotten wrong the location of All Things Fun in NJ, it' not in Trenton it's in Berlin. In the grand scheme of things it's not a big deal but they are roughly an hour apart. I'm ecstatic that our regional this year have a slightly more sensible spread.

I thought he was joking. Last time I checked, the UK wasn't in the continental United States.

I updated the OP with a list of each tournament in chronological order. The heaviest portion of the schedule is June 6 and June 13, when there will be three tournaments on each week. And two weeks before that period, on May 23, FFG will run its tournament at its headquarters in Roseville.

Although I have to say that the season will start off with a bang with those two tournaments in Nebraska and West Virginia. Should be some really good players from the Omaha and D.C. communities at those tourneys.

Interesting, thanks for pointing that out. I updated the map.

Original Topic Heading said All the Regional Locations. Not continental U.S.

I was expecting a little map of good old Blighty. (True Capitol of the Empire(non of this Coruscant nonsense))

As for sexuality, I'm all MAN apart from my 6 toe on my left foot that I got from my Mom

No complaints about region 6. Seems like a good distribution even for those of us walking the wall. Driving 4 hours to the closest regional is the price we gladly pay to keep the realm safe from the molson-swilling wildlings.

Good point. Thread title is a bit misleading.

In looking at that map, I'm actually surprised that there are zero locations in the state of New York.

Or in Vegas. Green dice and Vegas should go hand-in-hand.

Yeah, if I could edit the thread title, I would.

Thank you for putting this together. It is very helpful!

Region 6. Battleground Games & Hobbies is in Plainville, which is next to Mansfield.

*edited for wrongness*

UK Regional's have been announced for a while, there isn't one for Birmingham, nearest location for midlands area is Milton Keynes but its fully booked. UK nationals will be held in Birmingham though at the UK games expo

Thanks. I edited the OP with that correction.

The San Diego one is just north of Miramar, not in the middle of the desert.
