my new team now is it store championship worthy?

Tell me what you think...

Ten Numb+ marksmanship + mangler cannon +fire control system

Corran Horn + accuracy corrector

Lieutenant Blout + veteran instincts + ion missle

The goal of the first fee rounds of attack is that lt. B ions someone they need the most while corran [if needed] double taps if ten numb Crit. Was not enough.

this is 99 pts with everyone at ps8 the only thing I can think to replace is fire control system with advanced sensors

How about Ten Numb like this?

Ten Numb (31)
Calculation (1)
Fire-Control System (2)
"Mangler" Cannon (4)
Mercenary Copilot (2)
B-Wing/E2 (1)

Ten isn't going to need any more help generating critical hits beyond the Mangler. He only forces the one critical hit through, anyway, so why get carried away and make Ten more of a target than he already is? I'd drop Marksmanship and add VI to bump him to PS10 for anti Phantom and Soontir work. Saves 2 points, too.

I'd also consider dropping Blount. A 1-off Ion effect isn't really worth the 21 points you're spending. Pulling him back to a Bandit actually frees up enough points for a second one in combination with the changes to Ten.

Another idea might also be to trade Corran's Accuracy Corrector for another FCS and VI. That gives you two pilots moving and shooting at PS10, and FCS is going to do the same thing as the Corrector most of the time, anyway (ensuring a minimum of 2 damage).

Something like this, perhaps?

Ten Nunb (31)

Veteran Instincts (1)

"Mangler" Cannon (4)

Fire Control System (2)

Corran Horn (35)

Veteran Instincts (1)

Fire Control System (2)

Bandit Squadron Pilot (12)

Bandit Squadron Pilot (12)

FCS target lock can't be used during the same attack that triggered it, it would only work if corran used his ability for a second attack, I personally like the accuracy corrector in this situation.

Ten is a little bit scrambled, here--as others have said, it doesn't help him to have multiple crits. I'd tweak the list starting with him, and then seeing what else you can afford. I opted for a less expensive Ten, changed Blount out for a pair of Bandits (as Dr4co did), and spent the remaining points on Corran:

Cheap Ten

Ten Numb (31)
Calculation (1)
Fire-Control System (2)
Corran Horn (35)
Veteran Instincts (1)
Accuracy Corrector (3)
R7-T1 (3)
Bandit Squadron Pilot (12)
Bandit Squadron Pilot (12)
Total: 100

VI is pretty much useless if you pilot is PS 6 or less to begin with. You really don't gain much from bumping Blount up to PS 8. If you can't hit PS 9 or higher with VI, then don't bother. Deadeye is pretty much the only EPT you should consider on Blount, if you are running a Missile.

If I was going to take your original list I'd go with:

Ten + VI + Mangler

Corran + VI + R2-D2 + FCS

Blount + Deadeye + IPM

= 99 points

Honestly its not a half bad squad. It would really be great against SD Soontir or a Phantom. You'd have trouble against swarmy lists though.
