Oh, US only for now. Bummer.

Sorry Dagonet. I should've put a caveat.
Gripping about no regionals in DC, NYC, etc incoming in three, two, one.....!
UK regionals were actually announced weeks ago and are mostly sold out--anyone interested can find the list with a Google search.

Nah, it's just a weird decision by FFG, why not announce everything in one swoop instead of spread out over two days?
Ah well. I'll see it saturday then.
Wow, I don't see any regionals within a 1 state freaking radius of me. That sucks.
In concerned about attendance in NJ. Not many people own a Tardis.
Got 3 within easy driving distance... MO, NE, and OK.

We have over 200 local players networked in the southern NJ/eastern PA region. Traffic won't be bad, either, as it's in South Jersey, away from the North Jersey congestion.
EDIT: Whoops, the year, gotcha.
Edited by mightyspacepopeWashington gets one in Tacoma!
FFG, YOU ACTUALLY LOOKED AT A MAP! THANK YOU!

Well, not everyone can be catered to. If you don't even want to invest in so much as a DeLorean, then you really have no business going to a Regional Championship event in the first place.
woot. Fargo, ND hometown of Alex Davy!
exactly one week before my wedding...
Closest one to me is 3.5 hours away.
I'd carpool there, as driving that far is probably too much for me.
Closest regional actually in my region 9 1/2 hours away. vs 2 different regions that are 6 hours and 8 hours away. those are the closest. really now?
Herm... Interesting... the two I went to last year are hosting again this year. Mr. Nice Guy Games in Monroeville PA and Epic Loot and Games in Centerville, OH. Is this a coincidence, or are a lot of the stores repeats from last year?
Thanks for finding/linking it. Now, to shoot out an email or two and see what I can find out!
Accidental post
Edited by alemondemonLooks like my store is host and I may be running it too...

Total Escape in CO is a repeater. I think that Empire in AZ and The store in Alphretta GA are the same as last year also.

We met at Total Escape last year, didn't we? It was a nice venue.
EDIT: Also, how the hell can that be last year already?
Edited by Vorpal SwordI'm glad Southern California got one. I'm guessing there will be close to 100 ppl at the Regional in San Diego

This is a clear and vast improvement over last year no matter how you slice it and if X-Wing continues to grow perhaps they can build on this for next year.
Edited by Galactic Funknot for me thanks ![]()

That would be cool but pretty doubtful. The Milwaukee area Regional last year had 50 people +/- and I thought that was the largest or close to the largest. I'm just not sure the game has grown quite that much. Wouldn't you almost have to split that into two separate groups just to get the thing completed?
