Hey guys, anecdotal evidence one way or another is all well and good, but you're jumping to the wrong conclusion. It's not a.) a phantom will always eventually be in arc and it's not b.) a phantom will never be in arc
Here's all you can draw from the experiences of both sides:
A B-wing can catch a phantom with tactician
A phantom can go a whole game without being caught.
The only certainties are the game mechanics and how stress (re: lack of actions) affecs these expensive, action dependent ships (provided you can stress them).
Everything else is down to how you and whoever you are playing against act based on the above information
So can we stop with the "never" and the "will" and "has to" and all that crap? Please?
