Figuring out a list for Store Champs later this month, currently I have 2 BBXHWK variatons, but I'm also thinking about getting myself a YT2400 and running it with 2 BBs.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

For the first list, drop the HLC and use the remaining 8 points to add R3-A2 (if you have it) to the Rookie, Moldy Crow title to Roark and to give the last blue the E2 mod & tactician (if you have it).

The second list has too much ion. Honestly, with the changes I suggested, your first list is much better anyway.

I have no experience with the YT-2400, so I won't offer any suggestions there

I am bringing a BBB2400 list to store champs this Saturday. Very simple: 3 blues with a Wild Space Fringer w/lando crew. Loads of hp to chew through and an annoying 10hp turret hanging around pissing your opponents off. It sucks taking huge chunks of your B's off with each round of shooting, but trust the HP, you will be there in the end. Stress/ion will kill you though. Not being able to K-turn when you need to or hard-1 (also red) is crippling. Adding stressbot and ion mechanics to enhance your list is great, I just don't have the experience to add anything on the X or HWK (I suck flying those ships for some reason, I love the HWK).

I will say that ion cannons on your B's is kind of a waste IMO. I think you should be rolling all your 3 dice ships with straight red dice as much as possible. If you want to enhance their attack with tactician e/2 that's gravy, but cancelling hits dealt will just hurt you in the long run. Ion turrets (y-wing or HWK) are great for throwing ion token around, but leave the ion cannons off your B's - they are your heavy lifters.
